Here you are smiling all the way..

Here you are wanting me to say..

Things which I don't believe in..

Things which I am not feeling..

Can't hurt you, you're so special to me..

Can't say no, your broken heart I don't want to see..

Can't deny, 'cause to you I never lie..

Can't accept it, for that wouldn't be I..




Here you are with all your hopes..

Here you are in my eyes you grope..

Things which were never there..

Things which they want to share..

Can't look at you, I fear what my eyes may avow..

Can't think straight, all I do now is mope..

Can't leave you alone, I swore to stay..

Can't walk off, I don't want to be away..




I don't want you to loathe me, I don't want it to end like this..

Everything's going to be alright, but to await do you promise?

All we need is a little patience and trust..

Why is that innocent souls are dying..

People all around are in pain and crying..

Why is that evil has won over good..
Murdering all the emotions they could..

Why is the world in such a dilemma..
Where love is such an enigma..
Suffering is a chain..
O God all your children are in pain..


Why is that nobody cares..
People are bothered only about their heirs..
Why is that there's no Krishn there's no Ram..
Our leaders are all under corruption scam..



What makes people here so mean..
No love, no kindness in anyone to be seen..
Hope is all we are left with now..
Wounds of misery being healed somehow!

My Friend,

This Poem is dedicated to a very special friend on his birthday. Happy Birthday Prakash! :)


He is smart, he is kool, he is funny and sometimes even a fool!

He knows how to make me smile and also to shed tears when I cry.

I have known him only for a while, but for me that's enough 'cause it seems together we have come miles.

I have never looked him into the eyes, even so I trust him a lot as to me he never spoke a lie.

I can act crazy, talk mad, yell when angry until I am fine..
He is always there for me, with me and likes me with every fault of mine.

He's like my kiddo, my teacher, my guardian..
But before all of it he's my Best Friend!

The days I spent without him after our fights..
I feel dreary all morning and have sleepless nights.

If I could make a wish I would ask 'him' forever..
'Cause he means my life to me, I want to lose him never.

I feel so blessed to have in my life someone like 'You'..
And in the end I just want to say, 'My friend, I Love You!' :)

Goodbye!

Looking back into time, I think about you..
I realise how beautiful my life was with you..
Everything then just felt so right..
How was I to know, to be with you with fate I would have to fight.

I still remember the way you smelled so good..
The way you held me so close..
The way your arms felt around me so strong..
You made me feel like nothing could go wrong!

I still remember the way you kissed my eyes..
The way you always knew whats on my mind..
The way in each step you made me stand so tall..
You made me feel like I am a baby so small!

How I wish I could have all this back..
With you in life there is nothing I lack.

I miss you Baby and I want you to know..
Watching you cry makes me so low..
I feel broken up coz I know you love me too..
But its time we moved on and started everything new.

I still remember yesterday when we were sitting beside..
All this happened to us when we loved each other so much..
Holding your hand I wondered why..
Then with tears in eyes I said 'Goodbye'!

Like strangers in this enormous world, ignorant of each others existence...
We lived, we loved, we laughed, we cried.
How was I to know you will be what you are to me now..!
Will never again fall in love till my life subsists, to myself I had lied.

May be you will never realise what you mean to me...
May be I will never gather the courage to ever let you know...

Afraid to flaunt, I try to hide...
The feelings within, deep inside...

Will I ever be able to trust again?
Will I be able to give my heart away?
I am dubious, I am uncertain...
I feel hackneyed, persisting this way..!

Only if you knew what my heart wants to render...
Only if you knew my affection for you so tender...
Only if you knew what I am trying to show...

I close my eyes, of you I dream...

though obscure it was perfect in my deem...

I open my eyes, everything is placid and swallowed by darkness...

I try to look around but all that I encounter is blindness...

sitting by the window I watch it rain...

stargazing, in your memories I drain...

Its cold in here, I wish to you I could embrace...

tell you what you mean to me and leave behind of doubt no trace...

nothing except you now seems real...

this is not just a poem, it is exactly what I feel.
